The vision of mountains into the distance is a powerful one, with colours fading away and what seems so near is still very far. I have tried to capture the vastness and beauty of a mountain scene with trees in the foreground using a mono chromatic colour palette.

Artist statement:
Art has been an evolving process for me and while I paint with different mediums and styles, I am particularly drawn to abstract art which allows me to express myself more freely with no limitations in colour and form. Painting brings me a lot of joy and peace, and the meditative effect it has on me is truly priceless. It is a delight when a viewer relates to an aspect of my painting that connects them with my process.
